FACE: NIP+FAB Glycolic Fix Cleanser Review – Part 2

I previously posted about the NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Cleanser.

It’s been just over two months of using it which I think is adequate time to let you all know how I have been getting on with it.

As you can see in the picture below, I have under half of the product left!

So first things first – Disclaimer: This review is based on how I feel the product worked for me, everyone’s skin type is different and the results you receive may well differ to mine!

As the product is a cleanser, I think I firstly made the mistake of using the product everyday – thinking I needed to, in the tradition sense of how you would use a cleanser. I changed the routine to every couple of days and then every few days…. the point I’m trying to make is I think overuse of it on my skin aggravated it. Not in the sense of long term permanent damage, I was perhaps upsetting my skins normal balance which caused me to breakout more than I usually would.

I will say this loud and clear this product does not cause breakouts – for my skin type overuse resulted in breakouts because I was upsetting my skins normal balance.

So once I figured out that I was using the cleanser too often I tailed this back to no more than once a week or where I feel my skin needs a deep down cleanse, exfoliate and retexture…. As I think it is great for that, so I use it alongside my usual skin care routine mostly for pamper routine.

So the burning question would I purchase it again? Honest answer – Yes, as I think the cleanser is a great skin care staple to have in your bathroom cabinet for my pamper routine, which is what I will continue using it for.

Have you tried NIP + FAB products, I would love to hear your recommendations?

Thanks for reading!
